Stanley Stalford, Jr., 53, President of Stalford Homes, is a native of Los Angeles.  

A graduate of the Brentwood School and USC, Mr. Stalford, Jr. is active in local & civic affairs.

Currently, he is a Water Buffalo ( ) and an Advisor to the Board of The Book Foundation ( )

Most recently, he served as a Los Angeles City Cultural Heritage Commissioner, appointed by Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa, a Commissioner on the California State Senate Advisory Commisison on Cost Control, appointed by Senate President Pro Tem David Roberti, and as an Advisory Board Member of
the Anti-Defamation League of B'Nai B'Rith.

Mr. Stalford, Jr. and his family reside in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.


Benjamin Stine was born in Canoga Park, CA and raised in Seattle, WA.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from The Evergreen State College and returned to sunny Los Angeles in 2013. Ben resides in our building at 367 N. Genesee, managing it in addition to several other properties in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and West Hollywood
